What information do I need to provide while listing?+
You'll need to provide details such as the product name, brand, original price/MRP, selling price, condition, expiry information where applicable, and clear photos.

No. You just need clear and accurate photos showing the product and its condition. No professional shoot is required.
Do I have to find the buyer myself?+
No. Once your listing is live, buyers can discover and purchase your product through ChillyMango.
What happens after my product is sold?+
You'll receive the necessary order and shipping instructions from ChillyMango. The product will then be processed for delivery to the buyer.
Who handles the delivery?+
ChillyMango will coordinate the applicable delivery process. You'll be given the required instructions once your product is sold.
When will I receive my payment?+
Your eligible earnings will be processed according to ChillyMango's payout policy after the applicable order completion/return period.
What products cannot be listed?+
Expired, used where prohibited, damaged, counterfeit, unsafe, or otherwise ineligible products cannot be listed. Products must also comply with ChillyMango's marketplace guidelines.
